  • We ship worldwide with DHL. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • International delivery takes 7–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How your piece arrives

Every Aurelia order is packed by hand.

Your piece arrives in a rigid magnetic box in our signature fiery orange, embossed with the Aurelia monogram — four interlocking letters that form a bow — and finished with gold foil and a magenta ribbon pull.

Lift the lid and you'll find a line in gold: Welcome to Your New Favorite Look.

Inside, your piece is folded in tissue and kept in a printed cotton dust bag, so you can store it properly long after the box is put away. There's a scatter of pink hearts, and a thank-you card addressed to you by hand.

It is designed to be opened slowly. And, we hope, photographed.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a DHL tracking link once it ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, message us and we'll look into it straight away.

Payment

We accept all major cards, and offer Tabby and Tamara at checkout so you can split your payment across instalments.

Checkout is currently processed in Saudi riyals (SAR). If you are paying with an international card, your bank may display the converted amount in your local currency.

Gifting

Every order arrives gift-ready, with a card we'll address to whoever you like. Ordering for someone else? Tell us their name on WhatsApp and we'll write it in.
