Returns & Exchanges

Every Aurelia piece is made in small quantities, and we want you to feel certain about yours. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Exchanges

If the fit isn't quite right, we'll exchange your piece for a different size — no need to return and reorder.

• Request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Message us on WhatsApp at +966 50 523 2300 or email info@aurelia.shop with your order number and the size you'd like.
• We'll confirm the size is available and reserve it for you before you send anything back.
• Once your original piece reaches us, your new size ships within 2 business days.
• Within Saudi Arabia, we cover the cost of sending your replacement piece to you.

Because our pieces are made in limited runs, sizes can sell out. Message us early and we'll hold your size while the exchange is in progress.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.
• To start a return, message +966 50 523 2300 on WhatsApp or email info@aurelia.shop.

Refunds

• Once your return arrives and has been checked, we process your refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Ask us before you order. Send your measurements to +966 50 523 2300 on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly which size will suit you best — including when we think a piece won't work for you. We would rather you buy the right thing than buy twice.
